If it has the Heart Foundation tick of approval, don’t buy it. More often than not that shit aint food. It is merely a mashup of mostly non food, rubbish ingredients that will do absolutely NOTHING for your health and simply assist you in getting more nutritionally depleted and a more likely candidate for a heart
