Congratulations you’ve just started your doTERRA business or you’ve been building your doTERRA business for a while.

Get Set Up to Earn Commission- LRP

How to place your LRP (loyalty rewards order) and get the most out of your account.

If you are wanting to earn commission remember to have your LRP set up above 100pv at all times.

Order between 1-15 of the month above 125pv to qualify for free product.

SET UP YOUR LRP

This is your first step so that you are using doTERRA oils and products, you can qualify to earn commissions and you have products on hand to share experiences with others.

When you bought your first kit you will have been emailed your doTERRA ID and where to login at www.mydoterra.com

Log in and click Create a new LRP order, choose which warehouse you want to ship from, mostly this will be your own country of residence eg Australia, however if you are wanting to order supplements like MetaPWR and others pick the US warehouse as these are not available here yet.

WHAT TO ORDER??

If you are building a business make sure you order an Empower Kit which is under sales tools which will give you the handouts for running workshops with people and doing 1:1 meetings. Then order the oils/products you are most likely to share with others, ie Peppermint Beadlets, Zengest Touch, ClaryCalm, Balance, PastTense, Ice Blue Stick or Rub, slowly build your collection over time.

If you’ve enrolled this month you will set up your LRP for the following month, your card will not get charged until it ships, and you can edit it anytime before it ships, whenever you edit ensure the volume stays above 100pv in the system at all times otherwise it will not recognise to pay your commissions. Keep it above 125pv and between 1-15 of the month to receive a free product each month!

If you’ve enrolled in a previous month and you want to start earning just pick a date this month for your LRP to ship, as long as its in the system you can start enrolling others and earning commission right away, then you can use this commission to pay for your LRP!! Anything you make above this is yours to keep.

GET COMMISSIONS PAID INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

Once you are earning more than enough to cover your monthly order, fill in this direct deposit authorisation form and doTERRA will start paying your weekly and monthly bonuses straight into your bank account.

Remember you are now running your own business so please speak with an accountant about the best set up for you.

How to Enroll A New Wholesale Customer/Wellness Advocate

Remember to make sure you have your 100pv lip set up as above. Or you will not receive commission.

I very rarely sell retail to people, unless they just want to buy one product, and then I absolutely make it a one time thing, always help them access wholesale prices, you will receive commission, they get access to loyalty rewards and the ability to share and the MOST savings. Everyone wins.

It is easiest to help someone get set up over the phone or in person, you can fill in all the details for them rather than sending them your link

IF YOU DO WANT TO SEND THEM LINK (not recommended as they often find it to hard and don’t complete the process)

You can get people to do it themselves by logging in to your mydoterra account, going to my online store, my settings and make your own url using your name and business name, copy and paste it to them and tell them to click the JOIN AND SAVE tab and pick the WHOLESALE CUSTOMER option if they just want to use their oils and have no interest in building or WELLNESS ADVOCATE if they are interested in sharing, building or earning commission and want the most benefits with their account.

Step 1: Discuss the enrolment options with your enrolee to find out which one suits them best, ask them their top three health priorities.

Option 1 (first preference) The kits are BY FAR the best choice for people to start with, they waive the $35 member fee and have massive savings BELOW wholesale prices built in.

Show them through the different starter kits here. Remember you have the ability to build a GLOBAL business so if they live somewhere google the kit options for their country.

Option 2 pay the $35 membership fee (this is waived if they pick one of the kits) and choose the oils, blends and products they want. Full price list here remember they will still be paying wholesale prices.

Step 2: Go to your online office at http://www.doterra.myvoffice.com using your ID and password to sign in. Hit the DASHBOARD tab. Click on the text box on the RIGHT side of the screen ENROL A NEW WELLNESS ADVOCATE.

Step 3: Follow the prompts in ENROL A NEW WELLNESS ADVOCATE to complete the enrolment.
– Make sure that you change the country in ‘Where will your products be shipped?’ to Australia (or the country they live in)
– Select local OTG order so that your enrolee will receive their orders from the Australian warehouse. They have the option to change this later (or again country they live in)
– Select Wholesale Customer if wanting personal use or Wellness Advocate if wanting the ability to share, ask them their preference so you know how to support them- fill in personal details, enroller ID (your ID) and sponsor ID (if you know where you want to place them in your team otherwise your ID again and you have 14 days to move them).
– Choose an enrolment option (either $35 enrolment fee or an enrolment kit- remember the kits waive the $35 membership fee and include significant savings below wholesale prices) and add any products that they wish to order as well such as fractionated coconut oil or an empower kit if they’re wanting to start their own business. Please note: if your enrolee only enrols with the $35 enrolment fee without purchasing any oils they will still incur a $9.95 for the shipping of enrolment paperwork. Click view totals, billing address and process order. Enter credit card details.
– Discuss the benefits of the Loyalty Rewards Program with your enrolee and encourage them to set up a LRP template (this can be changed or cancelled at any time). Follow the prompts to set this template up for your enrolee if they are open to it and add them to your team facebook group.

The doTERRA Opportunity

Everything works off a basic foundation. The first thing to aim for is the rank of Elite which means 3000 OV . Though it’s a good idea to set structure up as you mean to go ahead and start thinking about structuring in two legs for Premier and then three for Silver which will also support your Power of 3 structure. Just remember frontline positions are prime real estate so if it takes you a little bit longer to get PO3 as you put people in those key spots who are open to sharing the oils and potentially building a business it might be a good idea!

OV stands for OVERALL VOLUME and is made up of PV for product sold. For example in Australia a Home Essentials Kit is worth 245pv, fractionated coconut oil is worth 15pv. It has to have a global value rather than a $ value because we operate in so many different countries. Hence the pv. You can see the pv of each product and kit beside the pricing in the full product guide. As well as in your back office when you go to order products.

As I mentioned to achieve Elite you just need 3000 OV ANYWHERE in your team. This can include your orders, any enrollments in a single calendar month whether yours or people in your team below you, any LRP (loyalty rewards) orders placed, or any standard orders. But why not structure as you mean to go and distribute that 3000 volume over two legs to begin to structure for Premier or three legs to begin structure for Silver and your PO3 as seen below.

It can be really helpful to think about who you want your three or four main business partners to be, who actually wants to build this business with you and put them on your frontline, then help them do the same, they can help their main business partners do the same and so on, then place people that want to share and customers under them to fill volume.

Set Your Goal and Get Clear on Your Why

Write your goal down and keep a journal to continue writing your goal down and manifesting DAILY

eg I am Elite on or before 31 December 2022 write down how this feels!

Add a PERSONAL ENROLLMENT goal. Personally enrolling is crucial to rank advancing and maintaining rank. Focus 80% of your time in your business on recruitment and 20% of your time on other activities like supporting team members, facebook groups, team challenges, mentoring etc.

Make sure you don’t just go into micromanagement and are just supporting your team to find customers and builders, support them, but crucially keep finding people yourself to place in your business, this will create by far the most momentum and fastest growth.

Goal to write down eg I personally enroll 10+ with 200pv+ enrollment orders in November 2022 including several larger kits.

Remember to write down WHY this is important to you. Whether it’s to create more time freedom and financial freedom so you can live a super abundant lifestyle that lights you all the way up, be able to contribute to a cause you’re passionate about, buy a home, no longer have financial stress in your life, be able to go on incredible holidays and give back. Get very clear on why you are doing this so you can remind yourself why it’s important to keep moving forward when challenges arise.

2. Magnetise Community

For those you already have a relationship with-

Write a list of those in your life right now who could benefit from these products (hint literally everyone) and those you feel you would want to invite to build a business with you, use the contacts in your phone or your facebook friends or people you follow on insta (who you actually know) to jog your memory.

Then connect- either reach out with a voice note and let them know what you’re doing, plan a catch up so you can show them some oils or give them an experience, invite them to a workshop you’re hosting or to jump on a zoom and dive in deeper, let them know WHY you feel this would be an amazing fit for them, what you see in/love about them etc.

To get outside of who you know and generate more leads..

Develop Genuine Relationships

Put yourself out there to connect deeply, in new spaces, doing things you love and have always wanted to do..

Ask questions, be curious, learn about people.

Examples- hiking groups, dance classes, festivals, acrobatics, share on socials, kirtan, music events, meetup groups, personal development conferences..

ONCE you’ve built the relationship and they ask what you do

“I sell essential oils and natural products, they’re safe, effective, affordable *insert personal story/experience with the product*”

Then ask “I’m looking for someone in your area, that I can put my time, talents and resources into, do you know of anyone that would be the perfect fit?”

If someone shares a physical or emotional challenge they are having with you.. Ie struggling to sleep, gut health challenges, anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, run down, unwell etc

“Would it be ok if I share something with you that’s really helped me with that”

GET OILS ON PEOPLE!

When you connect with people always add on socials on the platform they use most so you can stay connected

Genuinely engage and interact in their lives/content

Invite to things.. Build the relationship for the relationship sake.. Not so they will buy oils or build a business with you.. Just trust that some naturally will!

Run workshops or invite people to your leaders workshops.. remember to order an Empower Kit to make this easier.

Get creative, intuitive blend workshop, cooking workshop, chocolate, gift making, toxin free home, or just basic intro to essential oils workshop.

Always personally invite people, don’t rely on them seeing an invite to a facebook event.

Voice note/video most effective- they can feel you.

REMIND people about events

Message a few days before and day of event

DON’T say are you still coming.

Say something like so excited to see you at the workshop today! Here’s the address, I’ve got a gift for you as well (5ml wild orange comes with empower kit)

And remember you can share on socials too! Get creative with reels if that’s your jam, share on a mailing list, do posts about your experiences, just remember to stay away from disease claims, keep things positive and uplifting.

You can also approach wellness centres, corporate offices, spas, tattoo parlous, gyms, personal trainers, massage therapists, health food stores etc and develop relationships to get them stocking products, you can have retailers who open a wholesale account and then sell products in person off the shelf at retail.

You could also have a stall at a farmers market, festival.. the opportunities really are endless.

3. Enroll People into The Plant Revolution

Help people get started! Once they’ve had an experience of the products or a powerful conversation with you, simply help them get their wholesale account just like you have, so they can start benefitting from a wellness lifestyle either simply as a customer or to share and build a business. See the top of this post for a reminder on how to enroll others in your back office.

4. Support Your Customers & Builders

Bring people to product and biz training events, Leadership Retreat, Convention.

Educate customers on other products through workshops/reels/posting content/email list/one on one convos/product guide.

Support those that want to build through staying connected and sharing resources like this.

Remember

There’s really only one thing you need to remember.

Share the oils AND opportunity with as many people as possible.

Help others who want to and are showing up do the same.

Repeat.

In business consistency, persistence and momentum is crucial.

Stay connected to the team, reach out when you have moments of doubt and just keep backing yourself and showing up.

Remember that this is so much bigger than you, get used to rejection and understand that when you choose NOT to share with people you are robbing people of the opportunity to have these oils (which literally CHANGE lives), opportunity and most of all community in their lives.

With each bottle of oil you sell you are blessing people’s lives. From the farmers, growers and harvesters globally, to the communities impacted by the Healing Hands initiatives, to the person actually buying the oil that now has the magic of plants to support themselves physically, emotionally and energetically, to the Wellness Advocates who put so much time and energy into educating and empowering people to build a home based business.
